The room is good. there is a lot space there. Its clean.

One staff is a little unfriendly, just answer your question...Its located a little far, but the city is too small, its not so a big problem.

Rooms were clean and compfortable. The staff in dinng area were very pleasant and helpful.

We had asked for rooms side by side and that did not happen. The phone in 1 of the rooms did not work. The breakfast on both mornings of our stay was cold and exactly the same items. The staff at the desk were not particularly friendly

Jacuzzi in the suite was great after snowboarding.

Hotel charges for private ski lockers.

I liked the friendly staff, the outdoor hot tubs (that were clean) the food in the restaurant.

    It was in the mountains

The front desk staff had other priorities like personal conversations / arguments with other staff than taking care of the guests. The rooms were small, very dirty, and in need of a renovation. We were provided a complimentary breakfast but it was clear the servers were not interested in us 'cashing' in on this offer and the food consisted of: bruised bannanas, hard boiled eggs, greasy fried potatoes, orange juice, coffee, two options for cereal, sausage. When the food ran low, it was not replaced without customer prompting. It was available until 10:30 and when we arrived at 10:00 we were told to 'scoop fast because it was over at 10:30'. There was barely any food left and the family arriving 5 mins after us were treated worse.

    The staff were quite helpful.

The rooms are very small. It is very expensive for the poor standard of accomodation you receive. If you stay on the first floor, you can hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms and those above you, as well as toilet flushing, running of taps, and showers/baths as if they were in the room with you! We got moved the second night to a second floor room, which was slightly quieter, but still not peaceful.

Manager very agreeable to arrange better rooms for us and allow a cancellation of one day of our stay, allowing us more time to get to Calgary to get our 6:30 am flight out. The continental breakfast and eating area was very good.

My spouse and I were traveling with another couple. We were disappointed with our rooms after having just spending 4 nights in a nice suite near Lake Louise. Quite a difference in accommodations from the nicer Paradise Lodge and Bungalows in Lake Louise, for about the same money. The 2 rooms had one queen bed each, which is all one couple needs to sleep in, but rooms were very small, not particularly attractive, and other couple couple complained of little sleep in a too hard bed. The outdoor hot tub required going across the parking lot in wet attire in cold air temperature, which was also disappointing. The first night stay in your lodge was the only real disappointment with our 8 day trip to the Canadian Rockies, that and seeing no bears or moose at all. We expected more of a resort, but was really an overnight motor motel.

Two women at the front desk were very helpful in suggesting places to hike and excursions. The woman cleaning the room went out of her way to get us decalf coffee when it was requested. The location was close to town and an easy walk.

I felt is was overpriced for what there was. The breakfast was nothing special. I would suggest other facilities but it was okay.

Friendly helpful staff. Good parking facilities.

Extremely overpriced these rooms are barely worth half the $169 per night charged for the standard room. Rooms are very small and have no soundproofing at all. You can hear every sound coming from surrounding rooms

It was expensive and the quality of products such as shampoo and lotion were poor. They charge 4 star prices for an average 3 star hotel.

comfortable breakfast is included quiet friendly and helpful staff

insufficient parking having to walk outside in the rain to access the restaurant no recycling containers in the rooms - this was quite disappointing given the location of the hotel

Good location. Excellent staff. Low price.

Room was fairly small. Breakfast choices limited. Had wooden floors that squeeked a lot. Water piping very noisy when others used the shower.
